All Items are shipped with Australia post OR Seko From Gold Coast QLD.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of creation, unless the product explicitly states "made to order X days" in the product description. Standard Shipping takes between 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping takes between 1 to 2 business days (sometimes 3 days in very busy periods/rural areas*).

International
International orders are shipped with Seko from Gold Coast Australia.

Shipping generally take between 5 to 15 business days.
PLEASE NOTE CERTAIN COUNTRIES APART FROM USA , UK, AND NEWZEALAND (USA TARRIF FEE IS INCLUDED IN OUR USD$ PRICE + FOR UK AND NZ NO IMPORT FEES ON ORDERS UNDER 120 £ POUNDS, OR $1000 NZD) MAY INCUR LOCAL IMPORT FEES. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR LOCAL GOVERMENTS TARIFFS AND RECEIVE NOTHING FROM THEM SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IMPORT RULES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

2. What does shipping cost
Domestic
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for Standard and $14.95 AUD for Express.
International
We ship internationally for a flat rate $20 AUD (14 USD), and $15 AUD for NZ orders
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item or it is faulty?
If there's a fault with your order -- if we sent an incorrect size, colour, or the item is damaged etc -- then simply notify us with pictures of your item, and we will organise a return or refund of the product at no extra cost.
4. Do you offer exchanges/returns?
If you wish to exchange your order for a different colour or size, simply contact us via our website contact form or by email at studios@uncle-rics.com and we will do our best to organise an exchange in the form of store credit. For returns that are not related to a product fault, defect, or quality issue, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
5. What happens if I accidentally put the wrong address on my order?
If you notice that you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as at studios@uncle-rics.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address details.
Our team will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. However, if your order has already been picked up by the courier (most orders are processed and dispatched on the same or next business day) we cannot guarantee that address changes will be successful and we recommend contacting the courier directly to request a delivery redirection.
**Please also note that while we aim to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible, email response times are generally between 1–3 business days.
