SHIPPING/EXCHANGE FAQS


1. How long are shipping times?

Domestic

All Items are shipped with Australia post OR Seko.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of creation, unless the product explicitly states  "made to order X days" in the product description. Standard Shipping takes between 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping takes between 1 to 2 business days.

(PLEASE NOTE FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE "MADE TO ORDER" THE PROCESSING/HANDLING IS THE SAME FOR FOR BOTH SHIPPING METHODS)

International

International orders are shipped with Seko.

Shipping generally take between 5 to 10 business days.

2. What does shipping cost

Domestic

We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for Standard and $14.95 AUD for Express.

International

 

We ship internationally for a flat rate $20 AUD (14 USD), and $15 AUD for NZ orders

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item or it is faulty?

If there's an issue with your order -- if its the wrong size, colour, etc -- then simply notify us, and we will organise a return or refund of the product at no extra cost.

4. Do you offer exchanges/returns?

If you wish to exchange your order for a different colour or size, simply contact us and we will do our best to organise an exchange, however, however our limited release products (all caps and prints) may sell out and may not be restocked in which case we are unable to offer an exchange. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns are not available on our limited release products unless there is a product fault, however we do offer returns if you are unable to find a size that fits on our permanent release blanks. Please note, The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
