Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of creation, unless the product explicitly states "made to order X days" in the product description. Standard Shipping takes between 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping takes between 1 to 2 business days.

£ POUNDS, OR $1000 NZD) MAY INCUR LOCAL IMPORT FEES. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS FEE AND RECIEVE NOTHING FROM THEM SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IMPORT RULES FOR MORE INFORMATION.
2. What does shipping cost
Domestic
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for Standard and $14.95 AUD for Express.
International
We ship internationally for a flat rate $20 AUD (14 USD), and $15 AUD for NZ orders
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item or it is faulty?
If there's an issue with your order -- if its the wrong size, colour, etc -- then simply notify us, and we will organise a return or refund of the product at no extra cost.
4. Do you offer exchanges/returns?
If you wish to exchange your order for a different colour or size, simply contact us and we will do our best to organise an exchange in form of store credit to the equivalent value of your order (less shipping costs), however, our limited release products may sell out and may not be restocked in which case we are unable to offer an exchange. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
